Policies and Procedures

Our policies and procedures protect the integrity of CRMO Program, ensuring the exam process is fair for all candidates. It is your responsibility to read and understand all policies set forth by GIFP.

CRMO Exam Policies and Procedures

You must bring your identification (i.e. international travel passport, ID card, driver′s license and etc.) exactly the same as registering and one copy of your admission ticket, printed on clean, unused paper, so that you can be admitted entering into the test center. Your ticket is only valid for the test center and exam date listed.

If you arrive late for your computer-based exam appointment over 30 minutes you may be refused admission. If you are refused admission, your exam fees are non-refundable, and non-transferable. GIFP recommends that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

You must remain seated in the designated, secure, proctored test area during the exam, including when the instructions are being read, until all candidates are dismissed. Brief water and toilet breaks are permitted within the secure area after the permission of the proctor.

Early departures are permitted. You can leave 30 minutes after the start of the timed portion of the exam session. Once you leave, you will not be allowed to re-enter. You can′t leave during the last 30 minutes of the timed portion of the exam session.

CRMO Program exams are offered in over 100 computer-based test centers around the world. You could schedule your exam appointment by the published deadline for your exam window. Please note that all test centers are subject to change based on availability and demand, you could find the exact information of test centers from each examination notice before the exam window opened. Your confirmed seating will be presented on the admission ticket.

For CRMO L2 and CRMO L3 candidates who are first registered in exams, if you do not sit for the morning session, you cannot sit for the afternoon session. You must sit for both the morning and afternoon sessions or you will not receive the exam result.
