Our policies and procedures protect the integrity of CRMO Program, ensuring the exam process is fair for all candidates. It is your responsibility to read and understand all policies set forth by GIFP.
Program Refunds, Deferrals, and Withdrawals Policies
Deferrals to the next available exam are considered on a case-by-case basis, and only in the event of one of the following, impacting the candidate or a member of his/her immediate family:
♦ life-threatening illness (candidate or immediate family member) during the exam registration period;
♦ death of a candidate′s immediate family member;
♦ mandatory military service (candidate only) in the exam window;
♦ pregnancy (candidate only); or
♦ natural disaster or government travel restriction (candidate′s local area) that prevents the candidate from attending the exam.
*The candidate′s immediate family is defined as only the candidate′s parent, grandparent, sibling, spouse/domestic partner, or child. Deferral requests must be received by GIFP before the exam window closed. Decisions on deferrals are final and are at the sole discretion of GIFP. Candidates awarded a deferral are responsible for all applicable new curriculum charges.
The candidate needs to retake both subjects if failed to pass the basic subject of the previous exam, and only retake the failed subject if he or she has passed the basic subject of the previous exam if applicable.
GIFP offers a withdrawal option for the CRMO Program exams. The withdrawal option is available before the exam window is closed. If you do not withdraw by the deadline, thereafter, even in poor physical conditions or other extreme circumstances, your exam registration will not be refunded. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing once you apply for a withdrawal. The CRMO Program exams include CRMO L1 exam, CRMO L2 exam and CRMO L3 exam. The exam registration fee are not transferable. Payments for printed invoices will not be refunded.
GIFP cannot guarantee that the amount paid by candidates will be the amount returned in non-USD currencies due to exchange rate fluctuations.
